OPERATING HOURS - SETUP

  • We are open at 7:00 a.m. for vendor setup.

  • We close the concession stand at 4:00 p.m.

  • Open every Saturday and Sunday.

  • Vendors can back their vehicle up to rear of booth for convenient unloading of merchandise and equipment.

BOOTHS

  • Vendor booths are $16.00 per day.

  • Electricity can by provided for an additional $5.00 per day, effective April 1, 2022.

  • All spaces are outdoors are covered, 8 feet by 10 feet in size, and have a 7 1/2 ft. table at no additional charge.

  • Approximately 40 uncovered booths available on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

 

RENTING BOOTH SPACE

  • Many of our booths are rented annually by our regular flea market vendors. 

  • Vendors, New & Regular - Check in at the Concession Stand, located in the middle of the Market, for Booth Space and Payment

  • Reservations are not made or accepted via Social Media, Phone, or by Email.

ACCEPTABLE MERCHANDISE

Just about everything you can think of sells at Bill’s Flea Market, but we do have some rules.

 

We do not allow:

  • X rated material

  • Firearms

  • Fireworks

  • Prepared food items such as, sandwiches, soft drinks, hamburgers, pizza, hot dogs, candy apples, fresh cut fruit, home baked goods, etc.

  • No new vendors selling fresh produce.

  • All first-time vendors intending to sell food items MUST call first to get approval.

  • The government does not allow over the counter medications and grocery items that are out of date. This is checked periodically by the Georgia Department of Agriculture.

  • No new Gold / Precious Metals Vendors / Buyers.

  • No New or Used Boxed Springs or Mattresses.

  • Gambling, including Games of Chance, Raffles, Lotteries - If not sure, give us a call.

  • Knock-offs and copyright violations are Frequently Checked by Douglas County Sheriff’s Department

  • If you are not sure your materials are allowed, please call and ask BEFORE arriving on show day.

CLEAN UP

There are a few rules that need to be observed before you leave. Items you bring that don’t sell must go home with you - don’t leave them in your booth for someone else to deal with. Also, please break down boxes and other collapsible materials to make room in the dumpsters. Keep our market clean!

Bill's Flea Market is not responsible for items left overnight, Friday or Saturday; as well as outside of Market business hours.

ATTENTION / ATENCIÓN

Any dealer that is found to be selling counterfeit or knock off products, will be immediately made to leave our market.  These dealers will not be

allowed to return.

 

Counterfeit goods are fake copies of luxury products. include clothing such as shirts, pants, jackets, blouses, skirts, hats, gloves, scarves,

etc.; they may also be accessories such as purses, wallets, phone cases, sunglasses, belts, footwear, etc. these fakes will have the name or logo

of the brand on them.

 

Selling these products is against the law. you may be charged with a crime.  You may also face a lawsuit.

 

Examples of these brands are Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Costa, Delmar, Nike, Gucci, Coach, Hermes, Burberry, Rayban, Oakley, and others.

 

If you are not sure if your item is a fake, do not sell it!!!!

Cualquier distribuidor que se encuentre vendiendo productos falsificados o imitados, se hará salir inmediatamente de nuestro mercado.  Estos distribuidores no serán permitido regresar.

 

Los productos falsificados son copias falsas de productos de lujo. incluír ropa como camisas, pantalones, chaquetas, blusas, faldas, sombreros, guantes, bufandas, etc.; También pueden ser accesorios como carteras, carteras, fundas de teléfonos, gafas de sol, cinturones, calzado, etc. Estas falsificaciones tendrán el nombre o logotipo de la marca en ellos.

 

Vender estos productos es ilegal. Usted puede ser acusado de un delito.  También puede enfrentar una demanda.
