Winter Hours - January and February - Open 7:00 am to 4:00pm

OPERATING HOURS - SETUP

  • We are open at 6 a.m. for vendor setup.
  • We close the concession stand at 4:00 p.m.
  • Open every Saturday and Sunday.
  • Vendors can back their vehicle up to rear of booth for convenient unloading of merchandise and equipment.

 

BOOTHS

  • Vendor booths are $12.00 per day.
  • Electricity can by provided for an additional $4.00 per day.
  • All spaces are outdoors are covered, 8 feet by 10 feet in size, and have a 7 1/2 ft. table at no additional charge.
  • Approximately 40 uncovered booths available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Often, these tables are already secured by regular vendors, so please call first if you have questions.

 

RESERVATIONS

  • Approximately 90% of our booths are rented annually by our regular flea market vendors. As booths are limited, please try to make reservations ahead of time.
  • Due to the always-changing needs of vendors, we cannot accept reservations more than one week in advance unless they are prepaid.
  • All other reservations require no prepayment and will be held until 8:00 a.m. on the morning of the reserved day.

ACCEPTABLE MERCHANDISE

Just about everything you can think of sells at Bill’s Flea Market, but we do have some rules.  We do not allow:

 

  • X rated material
  • Firearms
  • Fireworks
  • Prepared food items such as, sandwiches, soft drinks, hamburgers, pizza, hot dogs, candy apples, fresh cut fruit, home baked goods, etc.
  • No new vendors selling fresh produce.
  • All first-time vendors intending to sell food items MUST call first to get approval.
  • The government does not allow over the counter medications and grocery items that are out of date. This is checked periodically by the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
  • No new Gold / Precious Metals Vendors / Buyers.
  • Gambling, including Games of Chance, Raffles, Lotteries - If not sure, give us a call.
  • Knock-offs and copyright violations are Frequently Checked by Douglas County Sheriff’s Department
  • If you are not sure your materials are allowed, please call and ask BEFORE arriving on show day.

 

CLEAN UP

  • There are a few rules that need to be observed before you leave. Items you bring that don’t sell must go home with you - don’t leave them in your booth for someone else to deal with. Also, please break down boxes and other collapsible materials to make room in the dumpsters. Keep our market clean!
